My approach to portrait photography is to make the whole event enjoyable yet appears from your point of view to be totally effortless. Who wants portrait photographs with forced smiles or unnatural looking settings. Take it a step further, who wants a picture that is the simple result of an artificial, pre-packaged process, taken by someone following an instruction sheet. Portraits should be natural and full of personality, and above all else – fun!

The type of portrait photography is limited only by your imagination, but whatever you are looking for, you can be assured of professionalism and respect. So whether it’s a traditional studio family portrait, your pets, a graduation shot, a professional head shot or even a casual location shoot, the focus is on you, no stress, no pressure, just enjoyment and some terrific memories and images.

I work in the comfort of a new and spacious digital studio, which also forms part of my home. My clients not only enjoy a relaxed photo shoot, but they can do so with a coffee and total privacy, without the feeling of being watched by others while they are out shopping.
